Alison Sola
When not keeping us in check and organising the office, Alison can be found looking after boyfriend (Pete), her horse (Mallow) and cats (Tigger and Splodge).
With a background in administration, direct mail and field marketing, she knows what it takes to provide clients an efficient and effective service.
Happy when... sitting with a pint of cider in the beer garden, relaxing after a long ride on Mallow.

Danielle Wood
Danielle works with key clients to oversee their projects from beginning to end. She is also official supplier for all in-office musical entertainment (she has a great CD collection!). Danielle graduated in international business studies, specialising in marketing and spent five years working both client and agency side before joining Happy Giraffe. She is fully CIM qualified and a member of CIPR.
Happy when... having consumed a large glass of wine, she's snoozing in front of a Sunday afternoon movie.

David Cooper
Director of Happy Giraffe, responsible for business development, delivering strategic consultancy to clients and taking the odd photograph here and there.A successful career in management consultancy and heading up public sector business support organisations has given David an intuitive insight into what it takes to make a successful business.

Heidi Cooper
Founder and director of Happy Giraffe, she provides the general direction for the business, heads up strategic marketing for clients and keeps the office in biscuits.
Heidi is a CIM-qualified marketer and member of the CIPR. She spent over ten years in senior marketing management for various organisations in the UK and Europe before setting up Happy Giraffe. She won the IoD's Young Director of the Year Award in 2004 (and the 100m hurdles at school aged 11).

Ian Hayes
Ian is our design guru. He has over 12 years' agency experience, having worked on accounts like DTZ, Bass Brewers and Lucas.
Bringing a designer's eye to all Happy Giraffe projects, Ian has expertise in branding and corporate identity, brochure design, print, website design and photography. He makes a mean cup of coffee when we can drag him away from his beloved Mac.

Janie Rees Smith
With ten years' marketing experience both client and agency-side, Janie has more than a few pearls of marketing wisdom to share.
A bit of anorak (she prefers analysing the TV adverts to watching the programmes!) but don't let that put you off. She's also great fun. Strictly a Bolli Babe - nicknamed Bubbles by the team - she speaks fluent French and is a stickler for English grammar and copywriting.
Happy when... there's a champagne bottle - or three - in her sights (and a straw).

Kim Sibley
Kim simply oozes artistic talent. With two degrees - one in illustration and the other in graphic design - and four years' agency experience, she's worked with a variety of media - from branding through website creation to packaging.
Luckily for us Kim's artistic streak does not rule her temperament. She's great to have around and is generally a very nice person.

Lydia Barber
Looking after PR and media relations, Lydia keeps us giraffes and our clients in the public eye.
As if we weren't enough, at home there's hubby, nine-year old twins, two grown-up step-children, a step-granddaughter and a growing assortment of furry, feathered and scaly friends!
A degree in design studies/3-D design and a great personality makes her perfect for Happy Giraffe.
Happy when... drinking a large glass of red wine, in front of the fire when it's raining outside and the kids are asleep!

Rachel Smith
Keeping clients happy as an account manager with her bright ideas, marketing know-how and 'colourful' personality.
Rachel has an impressive collection of qualifications - a first class degree in marketing, CIM diploma, CIPR, NVQ level 4 and a Masters Degree in marketing.
She's great fun to have around and, as you'd expect, knows a thing or two about marketing!
