Troubleshooting

If you have installed the flash player add-on and the video is still not loading, try the following:

- If there is a yellow ActiveX warning bar at the top of the browser window, click the bar and select 'Allow blocked content'.

- If you see an 'Add-on is disabled' warning you need to go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Manage Add-ons'. Find the add-on marked 'Shockwave Flash Object' and click 'Enable'. You may need to restart your computer for the new settings to take effect.
